What is
the Street Workout?

Our goal:

100'000

practitioners in Switzerland

Several disciplines

Street workout is much more than a single discipline.
It can be divided into four different categories:

1. 1.

Sets & Reps

2. 2.

Street Lifting

3. 3.

Statics

4. 4.

Agility & Dynamics

1. 1.

Sets & Reps

Sets & Reps focuses on strengthening the body through
basic exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, dips and
muscle-ups. Training is done in structured blocks
(e.g. 3×10 pull-ups, 3×15 dips, with rest
periods). It is the foundation of street workout, as
it builds the strength and joint stability needed for
more advanced movements.

2. 2.

Street Lifting

Street Lifting consists of adding extra weight (using
a weighted belt, for example) to perform basic exercises
such as pull-ups, dips and muscle-ups, either when they
become too easy or to train strength specifically.
Unlike traditional street workout, it requires
equipment.

3. 3.

Statics

Static training is highly visual and focuses on
increasing difficulty by changing body
position, using only gravity and leverage as
resistance, with no added weight. It only requires your
body and a bar or the ground. Iconic moves include
the planche, front lever, back lever and human flag.

4. 4.

Agility & Dynamics

Agility refers to dynamic bar acrobatics such as front
flips caught on the bar, 360s, 540s and more.
Close to gymnastics but more freestyle, it mainly
relies on coordination, body awareness and fear
management.
