Website and security
When you visit, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, the requested page, access time and browser information. We use them to operate, secure and improve the site. Netlify hosts and delivers the site. jsDelivr and unpkg deliver technical resources and receive connection data when your browser requests them.
Analytics and browser storage
We use Umami Cloud to understand site use, including page views, referrers, browser, device and approximate location. It does not use cookies for analytics or track visitors across sites. Umami processes the IP address and browser information to generate a session identifier; aggregated statistics do not mean that every underlying operation is anonymous. Analytics storage is in the EU; technical operations may occur elsewhere. The website uses session storage to remember the introductory animation. You can restrict browser storage or use content-blocking tools; this may affect site features.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, Brevo processes your email address, language and subscription information to send our news and events. You must confirm your address using the email sent to you. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by contacting us. Brevo can record email opens and link clicks, including at contact level, for delivery and campaign statistics. Subscription data is kept while needed to manage the service; after unsubscription, an address or record may be kept to prevent further mailings, document consent, handle requests or meet legal obligations.
reCAPTCHA
When you submit a newsletter subscription, Google reCAPTCHA checks for automated abuse. Google receives technical information, including IP address and information about your browser and interaction. Google states that reCAPTCHA sets the _GRECAPTCHA security cookie and that other Google cookies may be used. A verification token is sent to Brevo with your request. See Google Privacy Policy and Terms. If you do not wish to use it, you can contact us by email.
Contact and retention
Email messages are hosted by Infomaniak, which states that customer data is hosted in Switzerland. We keep correspondence as long as necessary to handle and follow up the request. Technical and analytics records are retained according to the applicable provider settings and operational, security or legal needs.
Providers and international transfers
Our providers include Netlify, Umami, Brevo, Google, Infomaniak, jsDelivr and unpkg. Their infrastructure and subcontractors may process data in Switzerland, the EU and other countries, including the United States. The countries and safeguards depend on the service and configuration; where required, appropriate legal safeguards must apply to international transfers.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent or request portability. Contact contact@swissstreetworkout.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. We update this policy when our practices change.
